1. First is avoid sun. It’s the number one cause of wrinkles. Ultraviolet rays damage your skin the most.

8. Trade coffee for cocoa. Research found cocoa containing high levels of two dietary flavanols, Epicatechin and Catechin which protect skin from skin damage, improve circulation to skin and affects its hydration.

9. Eat more fruits and vegetables. The anti-oxidant compounds fights damage, caused by free radicles, produced in skin, thereby preventing wrinkles.
